It all started in 2008
...when my father was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's. After several years of being his caregiver, my family and I made the hardest decision of our lives, to put him in long term care.
Seeing the level and cost of care my father received while in hospitals and nursing homes broke my heart and our finances. Ever since becoming an agent and realizing the impact I can have on others, I've never wanted to see another family go through something like that again.
